How to check the status of the order?
We love to keep you updated through the entire process post having placed your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp, you can track the status of your order using the same link or here
Are shipping charges applied to my order?
If you’re placing an order above Rs.1000, Yayyy!! you’ve unlocked a free shipping order.
If your order is below Rs.1000 then the shipping charges will be Rs.50.
How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?
You can change the address on the order up until it is in the Ready to Ship status - just get in touch with the customer team via email ( support@gullyavtive.com) However, once the order has been shipped, address changes are not possible!

How long does it take to deliver the package?
Your package will get delivered based on your pin code - it can take anywhere between 1-10 working days for your order to reach you. In case you need more details, you can click here
How can I opt for faster delivery?
Currently we do provide an EXPRESS DELIVERY option to expedite the order delivery. The number of days for your order delivery will be based on your pin code.

Where can I put in an exchange/refund request?

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
Products must be unwashed, unworn, in the original condition and packaging.
International orders are NOT returnable.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for return. We will collect your return parcel free of cost from you.
What is your exchange/refund process?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We'll have your replaced item shipped over to you in no time OR in case of a return, your refund will be done within 5-7 working days to your source account.
How will I get my refund if I have placed a COD order?
When you put in a return request with us, your bank account details will be taken and the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days once the product reaches our warehouse.
